Easy returns
on office supplies
We are proud to offer our NO FAULT return policy. If it's the wrong color, size,
quantity or item, or if you changed your mind and you don't want it, we will
take it back. However, all returns must be in resaleable condition, in the original
carton with the packaging and instructions intact. Returns must be made within
30 days of purchase to receive 100% credit. Sorry, special orders, custom made
items and opened software are not returnable.

Murphy's Law says "anything that can go wrong will go wrong". Occasionally even the best of us make an error. Please report any order discrepancies immediately (within 48 hours of the delivery.) We will correct the error as soon as possible to make sure you have the supplies you need.
Furniture Return
Policy
All furniture must be inspected and signed for by the customer. Customers must
report any discrepancies in quantity or the condition of the order at the time
the delivery is received and signed for.
Furniture that is unpacked and installed by Sierra Office Supply can only be
returned at the time of delivery before it is signed for. Returns due to customer
error will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Furniture that is assembled by Sierra Office Supply can only be returned due
to damages, defect or wrong fill at the time of delivery before the it is signed
for. Sorry, assembled items cannot be returned due to customer error.
Special order furniture can only be returned due to damages, defects or wrong

Authorized returns must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
